Returns or Exchanges

Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your new Muscle Fit Basics clothing just as much as we do but sometimes that's not always the case. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can arrange a return within 30 days of receipt on items that are:

  • Item/s must be unused, unmarked, unwashed and in perfect condition.
  • In the original packaging or box and with original inserts.
  • Not defective as a result of misuse.
  • Tags/labels still attached.

All items that are returned go through a thorough inspection before returns are actioned. If the returned item doesn't meet the standards mentioned above, refunds will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Refunds will only be provided once your return has arrived safely back to us.

We can only accept returns for refunds on items that are requested within 14 days of receiving the items, after 14 days have passed store credit will be offered. In the event an item has been returned and 30 days have passed, the return could be refused or returned to sender at their expense.

When return instructions are sent to the customer, there will be 14 days from the date we are notified to arrange the return to us. We cannot refund orders that are received after this date and store credit will be offered.

Note: If the buyer removes the tags/labels and insists on returning the items the buyer will be fined as it is a clear violation of our return policy. If there is a clear sign of use we reserve the right to return the items back to you and charged for the return P&P costs under Sale of Goods Act 1979.

We do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase, including "Free" delivery options. The original shipping costs will be displayed on the parcel that the items were delivered to you in. Additionally, return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item please use the contact form at the bottom of this page with your order number and we will provide you with further instructions.

When an exchange label has been paid for by us and used to return their items back to us but the customer changes their mind and would prefer a refund, the costs of the exchange label will be deducted from the refund.

How long does an exchange/return take?

We try to handle all returns and exchanges as soon as possible and in many cases the next working day they are received however due to the manual nature of refunds and exchanges that isn't always possible. The latest you can expect to receive your refund, store credit or exchange will be 7-14 days after the returned items are received
