During peak and busy periods, there could be delays that prevent our parcels from reaching you in the estimated delivery time. We kindly ask for your patience and grace during these times as we wait for normal services to resume.

PARCEL DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 4pm on the day the order was placed, however this isn't always possible. Once an item is dispatched, shipment times will vary depending on the country the order is being dispatched to, you should expect your item within 5-7 working days as advertised by our courier Royal Mail. These delivery times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods, as there can be delays. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming dispatch with tracking information, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order. If your order has been shipped and you haven't received any tracking updates for 30 days or more then please contact us and we will either refund the order or sent out a replacement immediately.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
Although highly unlikely, please note that deliveries outside of the UK may incur customs and duty charges. If Customs Duty is payable, you'll be responsible for paying it to your local authorities.
